Cancellation Policy

We believe in keeping things simple and fair. No lock-in contracts, no hidden fees.

What you can do

  • Cancel at any time from your billing page
  • Use Instant Invoice until your billing period ends
  • Request a data export before leaving
  • Cancel during your trial with no charge
  • Rejoin at any time — your data stays safe for 30 days

What to be aware of

  • Monthly payments are non-refundable
  • No partial-month refunds
  • Access ends immediately upon cancellation
  • Data is deleted 30 days after cancellation

Free Trial

All Instant Invoice plans include a 14-day free trial. No credit card is required to start. If you cancel or do not subscribe before the trial ends, your account will be deactivated and no payment will be taken. You will not be charged anything.

How to Cancel

You can cancel your subscription directly from your Billing page inside the app — no need to contact us. Simply click “Cancel plan” and confirm. Your cancellation takes effect immediately. Alternatively, you can email us at ian@seopeaks.com and we will cancel within 1 business day.

Access After Cancellation

When you cancel, access to your account ends immediately. Your data (invoices, quotes, customers) remains safely stored for 30 days so you can request an export. After 30 days, all data is permanently deleted. PayFast will not charge you again after cancellation is confirmed.

Refunds

Instant Invoice subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. As a digital service, payments already processed are non-refundable and no partial-month refunds are issued. If Instant Invoice is unable to provide the service due to a fault on our side, you will be refunded in full within 30 days.

Your Data

After cancellation, your invoices, quotes, receipts, and customer records remain accessible for 30 days. During this period you can request a full data export by emailing ian@seopeaks.com. After 30 days, all data is permanently deleted from our systems.

Plan Changes

You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time by contacting us at ian@seopeaks.com. Plan changes take effect from your next billing date.

If you have any questions about your subscription or a payment dispute, please contact us directly before raising a chargeback with your bank. We are committed to resolving any issues fairly and promptly.
